ABOUT NATALIE

Natalie Rubalcava is a non-profit C.O.O., businesswoman, policymaker, mom, and proud daughter of Anaheim.

Professionally, Natalie serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Orange County Business Council, working with Orange County businesses and non-profit organizations to develop strategic partnerships, create good jobs, and strengthen local economies.

In 2018, Natalie was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to the Orange County Fair Board, where she currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors. Natalie also volunteers her time on Concordia University Irvine’s Hispanic Leadership Advisory Board, Chrysalis’ Orange County Advisory Council, and the City of Anaheim Housing Element Update Committee. In 2009, Natalie served as Chair of the Anaheim Community Services Board. Natalie is also a Girl Scout Troop Leader, helping to shape the next generation of women leaders.

Born and raised in Anaheim’s third council district, Natalie’s roots in Anaheim go back four generations. Natalie attended Lincoln Elementary, Sycamore Junior High, and Anaheim High School, where she was elected Senior Class Vice President and played varsity softball. Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law.

Natalie lives in the Colony neighborhood with her husband and their two children.
